The following legal disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in Southern Wake Golf Club. By registering for and participating in any event organized by Southern Wake Golf Club, participants agree to comply with the terms set forth herein. 

Participation in golf tournaments involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen events. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily and agree that Southern Wake Golf Club, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliated entities shall not be held liable for any such occurrences. 

All participants are expected to adhere to the Guidelines for Responsible and Ethical Conduct established by Southern Wake Golf Club. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or expulsion from the tour. Southern Wake Golf Club reserves the right to enforce these rules for the safety and well-being of all participants. 

Participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Southern Wake Golf Club, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, whether personal to participants or to third parties, arising out of or connected with their participation in Southern Wake Golf Club events. 

Participants grant Southern Wake Golf Club the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, videos, and other media capturing their likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. 

Southern Wake Golf Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, course conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of such changes, participants will be informed in a timely manner, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate affected individuals. 

By registering for any event hosted by Southern Wake Golf Club, participants acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this legal disclaimer.
