If play is suspended due to severe weather please stay at the course until a final decision has been made on whether or not we can continue.
If weather becomes a safety issue and the entire field has completed 9 holes then it will be considered a complete event. Winners will be determined based on the first 9 holes completed.
Refunds will not be given if the event can be rescheduled or if the course issues rainchecks.
Refunds may not always be an option, but we will work with the course whenever possible.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES - Small events (20 players)
For each event, tee times will be relayed no less than 24 hours before the event.
You will pay in the club house at the course upon arrival and will purchase range balls individually if you would like to do so.
Find your group and be ready to play.
If you need help finding players in your group I will be happy to help.
Don't be late or no show.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES - large events (32+ players)
For each event, tee times will be posted no less than 24 hours before the event.
Check-in Time vs Tee time
Your check-in time is when you need to be with the designated SWGC representative at a predetermined location to go over event specific details before you tee off, this is NOT your tee time.
Location is typically near the putting green or 1st tee. Specific location will be relayed to the field before each round.
Check-in times are 15 minutes prior to your tee time, see examples below:
Group 1: 11:30 am tee time (11:15 am check-in)
Group 2: 11:40 am tee time (11:25 am check-in)
We will NOT be looking for golfers. If you are 5 minutes late to your check-in you will receive a 1 stroke penalty. Set an alarm on your phone or smart watch.
Late Arrival to your designated tee times.
If you are late to your tee time and your entire group has already left the tee box you will be assessed a triple max on that hole and every hole there after until you arrive with your group.
Multiple instances of tardiness may result in suspension/removal from the league.
No Call, No Show
Barring extenuating circumstances, an event no call/no show will result in permanent expulsion from all future events. There will be no refund for the no show event but, a full refund (minus any registration site fees) will be issued for all future registered events.

Being a weekday tour, our cancelation policy is more strict than larger, weekend based leagues.
All Events have contracts in place with each course. Refunds will NOT be granted until a replacement player has been found.
I will make every attempt possible to facilitate all refund requests, but make no guarantees.
If a refund is granted a 10% fee will be deducted to cover PayPal's processing fees.
NO refunds will be given 48 hours prior to the event for any reason.
